The Love + Harmony benefit concert will raise money to help Common Fence Music continue to bring great folk & world music performances and educational programs to Aquidneck Island and the East Bay. Suffering an incredibly difficult 2018-19 concert season due to renovations at the organization’s birthplace and namesake - the Common Fence Point Hall in Portsmouth - Common Fence Music is in jeopardy of shutting down for good. Don’t miss your chance to show your support while taking in the sounds of the best of the local folk music scene. In the spirit of our renowned Fiddlers & Fishermen event, the show fill feature a wide array of artists: Allysen Callery, Atwater-Donnelly, Cardboard Ox, Chris Capaldi, Flowers & Rain, John Faraone, Patina, Seamus Galligan, Slackwater String Band, Steve Delmonico, The Vox Hunters and more. Singer-songwriter John Fuzek will emcee the evening. As much a celebration of folk music and the artists who create it as of Common Fence Music itself, Love + Harmony promises to be full of memorable performances and good cheer while also reinforcing the importance of Common Fence Music’s place in our community.
